How do I place an order?

Place the desired items through the webshop in your shopping bag, click on "checkout" and proceed through the steps on the cashier page.

How do I know if my order has gone well?

You will receive a confirmation of your order on the screen as well as an email. This screen and the email will only be seen and received if the order has been completed. If you are still in doubt about the order, please contact our customer service through the contact form. You can also look at your account page where the order can be found.

Can I check where my order is now?

Yes, you will receive a track & trace link sent via email.

Can I cancel an order?

Because we strive for a fast order, we will take your order immediately. It is therefore not possible to cancel your order. If the order is delivered to you and you would like to return it (only for NL), please contact our customer service within 24 hours via the contact form.

Can I decide when my order is delivered?

No, this is unfortunately not possible yet.

Will shipping fees be charged?

For shipping your order within the Netherlands we charge € 2,99 For orders above € 60, - we will pay the shipping costs (within the Netherlands)! Pay attention! When returning the products you pay the shipping costs yourself. You can check the shipping fees for your country on the last page when you are about to check out.

When do I receive my order?

You can receive the order within 72 hours (3 business days). Excluding Sundays and public holidays (NL) For other countries between 7 and 14 working days.

What happens to my order when I'm not home?

With your postal code and the barcode of the package, you can follow the delivery status. Are you not at home for the first time? Then they try to deliver the package to the neighbors. Or they will return the next day. Are you not at home the second time when they try to deliver the package? Does this not work? Then the deliverer will leave a message for you. You'll find a 'home code': This code allows you to indicate the same day until 22:00 where you want to deliver the package at the second time.
