Terms on Returns

You can redeem a product purchase agreement for a minimum of 14 days without giving reasons. The period of notice begins on the day after you receive the order or (in the case of different shipments) the day you received the last product. To use the right of withdrawal, you can contact info@senselycosmetics.com or use the contact form. Delivered products can be returned to Sensely Cosmetics if they are in the original and undamaged factory packaging (the seal must not be broken). If the package is opened or damaged, the product can not be withdrawn.

How can I send my order back?

Would you like to return one or more online items purchased at Sensely Cosmetics?

You can do that within 14 days of purchase. You first contact customer service through the contact form. Then you will receive a revocation form, which you can then send back and receive a link with which you can return the order.

When will I receive my refund?

If you have returned the products correctly, we will refund the purchase amount and any shipping costs of the returned products within 14 business days to your payment account. You will pay the shipping fee for returning the products yourself
